ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not allotting Custom Milling Paddy to the petitioner for the year 2014-15 as illegal and arbitrary.
Mr. Goverdhan Venu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client has made a detailed representation, dated 13.12.2014, to several functionaries for allotment, but no allotment has been made so far.
Mr. A.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, submitted that a perusal of representation, dated 13.12.2014, stated to have been made by the petitioner shows that he has not addressed respondent No.1 or its functionaries, who alone would allot Custom Milling Paddy.
In the light of this submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will make a representation to the District Manager, Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation, Karimnagar and that the latter may be directed to consider and dispose of such representation.
Having regard to the above submissions of learned counsel for the parties and without adjudicating on the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to the District Manager, Telangana State Civil Supplies Corporation, Karimnagar within three days from the date of receipt of this order. Within three days thereafter, the District Manager shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.49097 of 2014 stands disposed of as infructuous.
