Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Basti to consider and decide Application 6C for temporary injunction as well as Original Suit No. 989 of 2017 (Hanuman Prasad Vs. hari Prasad) expeditiously and preferably within stipulated period.
Bearing in mind that the suit is for partition amongst collaterals which has been instituted only in 2017, the Court finds no ground to frame peremptory directions for its out of turn disposal. The petitioner has also failed to establish that the roster of that court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The petition is dismissed.
