Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made complaint against the Pradhan of the village dated 5.02.2019 before the respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Allahabad.
Grievance of the petitioner is that as yet Collector has not proceeded on the aforesaid complaint.
This writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to pass appropriate order on the complaint of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.
