Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the land in question which was transferred by the applicant belonged to the applicant. The dispute was raised regarding title. The civil litigation is already pending. in between the parties. However, the applicant is in jail since 30.9.09.
In view of the above without any observation on merit let the applicant Hanuman Ji be enlarged on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No.603 of 2009 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 504, 506, 120B I.P.C. PS. Badlapur, District Jaunpur.
