Heard Sri Azad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pranjal Mehrotra for the Authority through V.C. and the learned standing counsel.
The petitioner has preferred this petition to decide his Complaint No.40019518001316 dated 5.2.2018, regarding claim of compensation.
Learned counsel for the respondents state that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending, same be disposed of by giving appropriate direction to the respondent/competent authority concerned.
This writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4 to decide the pending complaint dated 5.2.2018, or a fresh representation, as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law, by a reasoned / speaking order, under intimation to the petitioner.
