This is a petition of the year 2003. Earlier present petition was taken up for final hearing on 27/12/2011. However, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners was absent, however, in the interest of justice it was adjourned to today. Today also when the present petition is taken up for final hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners has chosen to remain absent. Hence, present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim Relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
