List this matter on 10.4.2012. Meanwhile, learned AGP Ms.Jirga Jhaveri shall obtain instruction from the State Government as well as learned counsel Mr.Jayant P.Bhatt appearing for the respondent No.4 shall also obtain instruction, and if required the aforesaid respondents may file their affidavits-in-reply with regard to the aforesaid communication.
