The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re-issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-58-C-9774 on the route Kozhikode - Chittur. 2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the same, there will be a direction to the respondent to re-issue a temporary permit of four months duration within a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P3, if there is no legal impediment. Needless to say, such re-issuance of temporary permit will be subject to any preferential claim.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
