Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

By this Writ Petition, the petitioner prays for a writ or direction directing the second respondent to consider Exhibits P2 to P5 and fix a bus stop at Poovanchina on the National Highway-17 in Malappuram District, for fast passenger and limited stop stage carriages. The petitioner, who claims to be a resident of Poovanchina, has submitted that several representations have been submitted before the second respondent making the said prayer, but the said requests have not yet been considered.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the second respondent will look into Exhibits P2 to P5 representations.
WP(C).27293/14 2 In view of the aforesaid facts, we are of the view that it is for the authorities to consider as to whether the bus stop has to be fixed. The said issue cannot be decided in a writ proceedings. We direct the second respondent to look into Exhibits P2 to P5 representations and take appropriate action on the same.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
