This writ petition has been filed for direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to make the enquiry by the CB-CID or any independent authority pertaining to the Case Crime No. 193/2021 under Section 307 IPC, P.S. Shahganj, District Prayagraj.
Shri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions apprised the Court that the investigation of the aforesaid case crime number has already been transferred to the CB-CID for investigation in the matter on 13.10.2021.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
