1. This Application is filed by the applicants for deletion of condition No.5(g) and 5(h) imposed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Applicaqtion No.12715 of 2011 vide order dated 22.9.2011. Alternatively he has prayed to extend the period of anticiparoty bail granted by this Court in Criminal Misc. Applicaqtion No.12715 of 2011 vide order dated 22.9.2011.
2. Heard Mr.Pravin Gondaliya, learned advocate for the applicants and Mr.H.L.Jani, learned APP for the respondent State.
3. In view of the averments made in the application, present application is allowed. The period of 90 days specified in Condition No.5(g) imposed by this Court in Criminal Misc.
Applicaqtion No.12715 of 2011 vide order dated 22.9.2011 is hereby extended for further 90 days. The applicants shall now remain present before the Investigating Officer, Kalavad Police Station, Jamnagar on 10th April, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. The other conditions remain unaltered.
4. Rule is made absolute. Direct service permitted.
