RULE.
Learned APP Ms. Krina Calla waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole for a period of 30 days on the ground that the applicant's mother has expired on 28.01.2012 and the 40th day ceremony is scheduled to be held on March 8, 2012.
Further, it is also submitted by learned Advocate Ms. Parmar that the applicant may be granted time for making financial arrangements for the ceremony and also to be present for the said ceremony.
In the facts of the case, the applicant is granted parole for a period of two (2) days, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), before the jail authority and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender before the jail authority.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
