The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 19.03.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.15811 of 2013 (Hamid v. State of U.P. & Ors.) as well as the order dated 18.09.2013 passed in Contempt Application (Civil) no.4398/2013 (Hamid vs. Rahul Bhatnagar/The Principal Secretary and others).
From the affidavit of compliance filed on 10.04.2014, it is evident that the order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
