Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that no decision is being taken by the Consolidation Commissioner, U.P Lucknow on the representation of the petitioner to withdraw the notification under Section 4 of the U.P Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 regarding the village.
The petitioner may file a fresh representation regarding his claim before the Consolidation Commissioner, U.P Lucknow bringing all the necessary facts to his notice who on receiving the same shall decide the said representation through a reasoned order and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order along with the representation is served on him.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
