JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. Vishal Mehta, learned advocate, for Mr. A.J.Shastri, learned advocate for the applicant.
Mr. Mehta, learned advocate for the applicant, seeks permission to amend the petition as per the Draft Amendments dated 30.10.2012 and 14.12.2012 so as to add paragraph Nos.11A, 12-A and 12-B in the memo of petition.
Permission, as sought for, is granted. The amendment to be carried out on or before 18.12.2012. After the amendment is carried out, let notice be issued, returnable on 9.1.2013.
Mr. Kodekar, learned APP, waives service of notice for the respondent - State.
Direct service is permitted.
