Mr. Shastri, learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that present application is connected with another Criminal Misc. Application No.10912 of 2012 and that therefore the same may be heard along with the said Criminal Misc. Application No.10912 of 2012 which is likely to be listed on 20.12.2012.
On perusal of the said order passed in the said application it appears that the application being Criminal Misc. Application No.10912 of 2012 is already admitted. However, in present application the applicant wants to carry out certain amendments and for that purpose learned advocate for the applicant has requested for some time. Therefore, time is granted.
