The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 1124 of 2012 within a stipulated period.
The petitioner is defendant of the said suit. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for recording of evidence of the defendant.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing shorts dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
