JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also sought liberty to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate relief. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at the SR stage itself. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court for getting appropriate relief, in accordance with law. No costs.
