JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
This criminal revision has been filed against the judgment and order of conviction dated 04.05.2010 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Lalitpur in Criminal Appeal No. 48 of 2009 convicting and sentencing the revisionist under section 325 IPC to undergo imprisonment of one year and a fine of Rs. 500/- as fixed by the learned Magistrate and to undergo imprisonment of 6 months under section 506 IPC.
Admit on the question of sentence only.
Summon the trial court record within a period of six weeks.
List thereafter before the appropriate Bench.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the revisionist Halku Yadav be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned below in Criminal Case No. 146 of 2006, State vs. Halku Yadav and others arising out of Case Crime No. 153 of 2006, under section 325 and 506 IPC, P.S. Girar, District Lalitpur.
Realization of fine shall remain stayed.
