Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner urges that despite the order of this Court of staying further construction, respondent, in breach of such direction, continues the construction, which is severely objected to by learned advocate Mr.Vijay Nagesh, who urges the Court that nothing contrary to the direction is done by the respondent.
Both the sides shall be heard at length on the issue.
However, so as to effectively appreciate rival contention as also to ensure not to give rise to such disputes further, it will be desirable to direct the parties to produce the photographs taken by professional photographer on record. This photography/videography which shall be done by the respondent in presence of any authorized person of the petitioner herein at the respondent's expense.
Original photographs with the bill of the photographer shall be brought on record on or before 11.7.2012. Ad interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner shall continue till then.
