Learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to inadvertence certain errors have crept in the petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
In view of the above, the wit petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Whenever a fresh writ petition is filed, copy of the same shall be served on Shri.Shivam Yadav who has appeared on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4.
