Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018.
Heard Sri Mayank Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Prashant Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This is an application for correction of the order dated 10.8.2018.
The correction application is allowed as follows:-
(i) 'Complaint Case No. 65 of 2017' appearing in the fourth line of second paragraph of the aforesaid order be deleted and the same shall be read as 'Complaint Case No. 65 of 2017 (New No. 342 of 2017)'.
(ii) Last paragraph of the aforesaid order is deleted and in place of the same, the following paragraph be substituted:-
"Till the next date of listing further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 65 of 2017 (New No. 342 of 2017) pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Jalaun at Orai for the offence u/s 420, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun with regard to applicant shall remain stayed."
