This application has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 3.9.2019 passed by the Special Judge (DAA), Agra in Special Session Trial No. 374 of 2013 under Sections 395, 506 IPC P.S. Khandauli, District Agra.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA and perused the record.
It appears that the applicants had earlier approached this Court through application under Section 482 no.37339 of 2013, which was disposed of vide order dated 20.9.2019 extending liberty to the applicants to appear before the Court concerned within thirty days from the date of said order and apply for bail. It further appears that the applicants did not comply with the directions given in the said order. Hence, keeping in view the conduct of the applicants, no interference is called for with the matter. There is no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order. The application lacks merits and is liable to be dismissed.
The application is accordingly dismissed.
