JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash C.C.No.163 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvaiyar pertaining to the case in Crime No.85 of 2009 on the file of the first Respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that except petitioner No.7/Abdul Nishak all other petitioners are acquitted in C.C.No.163 of 2010 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvaiyar.
3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the 7th petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
