The learned counsel for the petitioners states that due to typographical mistake the prayer in the writ petition is not in consonance with the impugned first information report and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Learned A.G.A., who represents the State-respondents, has no objection.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
