Following orders were passed in the matter on 22.04.2019 :
"Grievance is that though petitioner has been superannuated on 31st May, 2018, but none of her retiral benefits have been released so far.
Learned counsel representing respondent no. 5 may obtain instructions as to why retiral benefits have not been released to the petitioner so far.
Post as fresh on 29.4.2019."
Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, appearing for the respondent no.5 states that on account of shortage of funds, it could not release retiral benefits to the petitioner earlier, and the outstanding amount due would be cleared within a period of six weeks from today.
In view of the above stand taken by the respondents, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that the respondents shall ensure release all retiral benefits to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the petitioner would also be entitled to interest @ 8% per annum.
