Sri Navaneet Chandra Tripathi is present for the respondents 2 and 3. He submits that the prayer made by the petitioner to direct the respondents not to obstruct the construction work of the petitioner over plot No.1174 cannot be accepted because the said plot has already been acquired and, even otherwise, the sale deed under which the petitioner claims right over the plot is executed by a person who is not the owner.
Be that as it may, as none appeared for the petitioner to press the petition even in the revised call, the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
