Mr.Dipak H. Sindhi, learned advocate for the petitioner, states that by an inadvertence, it has been mentioned that the matter falls under the provisions of the Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879, whereas it falls under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899.

The Registry to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Court.
