Today, learned advocate Mr. Ansari has filed leave note. Learned advocate Mr. Sunil K.Shah for respondent No.2 stated that for the last six months, learned advocate Mr. Ansari has successfully avoided hearing of the matter. He has pointed out that since the learned advocate for the petitioner was not attending the court, the court had to appoint amicus curie and, thereafter, learned advocate Mr. Ansari gave assurance to the Court to proceed with the matter. Earlier on 13.4.2012, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Ansari had sought time with an assurance to go on with the matter, therefore, matter was adjourned to 27.4.2012. Today, leave note has been filed by the learned advocate Mr. Tamim Ansari. Under the circumstances, the matter is now kept on 4th May, 2012 being the last chance to learned advocate Mr. Ansari to proceed with the matter.
