1. Present application has been preferred by the applicants herein - original plaintiffs under section 5 of the Limitation Act to condone the delay of 874 days caused in preferring the Second Appeal .
2. Though served nobody appears on behalf of the respondent and therefore, it appears that as such there is no opposition to the present application.
3. Even otherwise, considering the averments made in the application that the applicant was prosecuting the review application and that after the review application came to be dismissed as withdrawn, the Second Appeal has been preferred, present application is allowed and the delay caused in preferring the Second Appeal is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
