JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant is aggrieved by the summoning order dated 23.04.2010 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 7, Agra in complaint case no. 249 of 2009, whereby the accused have been summoned under section 323, 504, 506 IPC.
Submission is that the offiences for which the accused have been summoned are inappropriate. However, I am not inclined to interfere in the summoning order. Rejected.
