JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Arora,J.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking demarcation of land of grave-yard no. 1051, situated at Chaudharana, Malihabad, district Lucknow for which they have already moved a representation to the District Magistrate, Lucknow on 04.6.2010, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition.
We, therefore, without entering into merits of the case, dispose of this writ petition finally with the direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to look into the matter and take necessary action thereby deciding the representation of the petitioners expeditiously.
