On 29.10.2012, this court had passed order directing the Registry to issue non-bailable warrant against the applicant. The warrant was not getting executed, therefore, further orders were passed. Today when the matter was taken up, the applicant is produced by the Nadiad Police officials, having been taken into judicial custody on 24.12.2012 by the Nadiad District and Sessions Judge, in pursuance of execution of the non-bailable warrant. S.O. to 09.01.2013. By order of even date simultaneously passed in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 18645 of 2012, the non-bailable warrant issued against the applicant has been cancelled.
