Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016, made in W.P.(MD).No. 13242 of 2015, has been complied with by the third respondent in letter and spirit and produced a copy of the letter of the District Educational Officer, Sivagangai District in e.f.vz;.1276/M5/2016> dated 16.03.2017.
