The applicant - a life convict has filed this application for temporary bail through his son on the ground of marriage of his son
- Dinesh which is scheduled on 12.06.2012 at Village Anandpar, Taluka Rapar, District Kutch and further the applicant has by far remained in jail for about 10 years and 10 months approximately. Besides, in the past, whenever the applicant was granted temporary bail or furlough, he had reported to the jail authority in time.
Considering overall facts and circumstances and since the applicant has a reasonably good jail record, the applicant is hereby granted temporary bail for a period of three (3) weeks, from the date of his release, viz. June 3, 2012, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority and shall report in time on completion of the above period. During the above period of temporary bail, the applicant shall mark his presence once in a week before the nearest Police Station.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
