2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has sought for a writ of mandamus directing to extend the student visa of the petitioner and allow the petitioner to continue his studies without any interference by the local police.
3. On perusal of the writ petition, it is evident that on 14.05.2018, the petitioner was denied the extension of visa, however, the aforesaid order is not under challenge. Therefore, no effective relief can be granted to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him under the law with regard to his grievance.
