The Petitioner, by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India, has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 14.09.2021, registered as Case Crime No.399 of 2021, under Section 4 and 5 Explosive Substance Act, 1908, and Section 307, 120-B IPC, Police Station-Jhinjhana, District-Shamli.
The submission of the leaned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has been falsely implicated in this case due to political rivalry.
Leaned A.G.A. by drawing attention to Annexure No.2 to the petition submitted that petitioner is absconding and proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him.
In such view of the fact, we do no find any good ground to entertained the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
