This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.7.2021 in Case Crime No. 0688 of 2019, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427 IPC, Police Station Sarai Inayat, District Allahabad.
Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 42 of 2020 has been filed on 31.01.2020 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
