The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to the State-respondents to ensure free and fair investigation in F.I.R. dated 29.08.2019, registered as Case Crime No.0194 of 2019, under sections 364 and 504 IPC, P.S. Matsena, District Firozabad.
Learned AGA has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, we dispose of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Firozabad with a detailed representation and attested copy of instant order and in which event, he shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and take remedial measures.
