The petitioner, who is opposite party no.2 in the appeal, has prayed for a direction to the Appellate Court to decide Misc. Tax Appeal No. 14 of 2013 within a stipulated time.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that dates are being fixed for hearing of the appeal.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to the first respondent, before whom appeal is pending, to decide the same expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
