JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a student of the 3rd Semester five year LLB Course at the Government Law College, Ernakulam. The petitioner does not have the required attendance to appear for the examination, that is scheduled to commence on 30.06.2014. Though the petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 representation to the second respondent for condonation of the shortage, she complains that no orders have been passed thereon, till date. 2. Adv.Varghese M.Easo, learned Standing Counsel for the University assures that the second respondent would consider the matter and pass appropriate orders thereon without delay. Since Ext.P5 representation is pending consideration of the second respondent, it is sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider the same.
-2-
W.P.(C). No. 15277 of 2014 This writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P5 representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible at any rate before 30.06.2014. A copy of this order shall be handed over to the learned Standing Counsel for being communicated to the second respondent for prompt compliance.
