Sri Satyendra Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file S.C.C. Revision under Section 25 of the Small Cause Courts Act, 1887.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file S.C.C. Revision under Section 25 of the Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, if so advised.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order dated 21.2.2017 to the learned counsel for the petitioners after keeping the photostat copy of the same on record.
