(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Learned APP Mr.Pandya states before the Court that furlough leave is already granted to the present applicant-convict.
Learned APP places on record a statement of the applicant-convict recorded today at 02.15 pm, wherein he has stated that, 'he is in know of the fact that his furlough leave is granted; that he has intimated to his surety, but that surety has not come forward so far'. It is then stated that, 'on 26.04.2011, his 'sadhubhai' (husband of the sister of the wife) had come to visit him in the jail and had informed that his surety will be coming in the month of May'.
In view of that, the matter is adjourned to 09.05.2011.
