Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amrit Raj Chaurasiya, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.384 of 2015, under Section 420 I.P.C., Police Station Chajlait, District- Moradabad.
The Court finds itself unable to entertain this application since the learned A.G.A. apprises the Court that a chargesheet has already been submitted. Consequently and bearing in mind the decisions of the Supreme Court in HDFC Bank Ltd. Vs. J.J. Mannan [(2010) 1 SCC 679] and Satpal Singh Vs. State of Punjab [(2018) 13 SCC 813] as well as the prima facie view expressed by the three learned Judges of the Supreme Court in the case of Sushila Agrawal And Others Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) And Another [Special Leave Petition (Criminal) Nos.7281-7282 of 2017], this application would merit dismissal.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
