This petition is filed to quash First Information Report in Crime No.336/2011 of Women Police Station, Charminar, Hyderabad for offence under Section 498-A IPC.
2. None appeared for the petitioners.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police after completion of investigation, filed final report vide No.78/2013, dated 03-09-2013, stating that action dropped.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
