JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.NAGAMUTHU. J. ) Today when the matter was taken up, we were informed that there was dispute regarding the very registration of marriage, such as, receipt allegedly issued by the Managing Trustee and the marriage invitation. As directed earlier, the police will investigate the matter thoroughly and act according to law.
2. In the result, the Habeas Corups Petition is closed, however, with the above direction.

2.The Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai.
3.The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
