Mr.Raval, learned APP, upon instruction being received from PI Mr.BL Zala, Bachau police station, tenders for perusal a report prepared by Dy.S.P., Bachau, addressed to learned J.M.F.C., Bachau dated 3.2.2012 wherein in column No.12 of said report, it has been stated that on account of some mistake of fact, the FIR came to be filed. Said report shall be retained on record.
