JUDGMENT / ORDER

Vide order dated 23.12.2012, the State has sought time to take steps for placement in the seniority list in pursuance to the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. However, the needful has not been done so far.
The State is directed to come out with the revised seniority list after taking into consideration the judgment passed by the Division Bench, which has been further upheld by the Hon'ble Apex Court. It is made clear that no further adjournment for this purpose will be granted.
To come up on 24.2.2012.
