Public Prosecutor) This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C praying to set aside the impugned order dated 28.09.2018, passed in Crl.Misc.No.1143/2018, passed by the IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru and allow the same in favour of the petitioner as prayed.
This Criminal Revision Petition coming on for Admission, this day the Court made the following:-
O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now he does not wants to pursue the present petition. Whatever the rights and liabilities which are urged in the said petition are going to be contended at the time of trial and he is going to withdraw the petition.
The said submission has been placed on record and the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge the said contentions at the time of trial.
