ORDER Smt.H.V.Sujatha, Petitioner, Party-in-Person. Mr.V.Shiva Reddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondents.
The writ petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia has assailed the validity of the order dated 17.11.2018 passed by the Tahsildar, Bengaluru.
3. When the matter was taken up today, Party- in-Person fairly submitted that against the aforesaid order, she has filed an appeal before the Assistant Commissioner, in which an interim order has been granted. However, the Assistant Commissioner is not hearing the appeal. On the other hand, learned High Court Government Pleader submitted that the proceedings before the Assistant Commissioner are pending for 29.08.2019.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Commissioner to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties by a speaking order with a period of two months from today.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
